Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot, Marketo & CRM Automation) – Remote | U.S. Hours

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to build, optimize, and scale automated marketing systems that drive lead generation, conversion, pipeline growth, and revenue attribution.
This is a hands-on execution role — not a passive campaign coordination position.
You’ll design, build, test, and optimize:
- Email marketing automation
- Lead nurture workflows
- Lead scoring and lifecycle systems
- CRM automation
- Segmentation and lead routing
- Campaign tracking and attribution

You’ll work across platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, and Salesforce, helping marketing and sales teams operate more efficiently and convert more leads into revenue.

What You’ll Own




Marketing Automation & Workflow Development
- Build and optimize automated nurture sequences, drip campaigns, triggered workflows, and lifecycle automations
- Create scalable automation systems across the customer journey and marketing funnel
- Configure workflow triggers, conditions, branches, delays, and actions
- Test automation logic and troubleshoot workflow issues
- Improve lead progression from initial engagement through MQL, opportunity, and sales handoff
- Identify opportunities to reduce repetitive manual marketing processes

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Build, test, launch, and optimize email campaigns using:
- HubSpot
- Marketo
- Pardot
- ActiveCampaign
- Klaviyo
- Create automated nurture and lifecycle email sequences
- Conduct A/B testing across:
- Subject lines
- Email copy
- Calls-to-action
- Send times
- Audience segments
- Ensure campaigns are responsive, accessible, on-brand, and conversion-focused
