Mission
The mission of the CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist is to build, manage, and continuously optimize automated email journeys that convert prospects into qualified leads, customers, investors, and long-term brand advocates across SIG, FUS, Spartan Construction Management (SCM), and Passive Income Pilots.



This is a hands-on marketing role, not software development or AI engineering. It requires persuasive writing, customer journey strategy, segmentation, behavioral triggers, data analysis, and workflow logic to drive measurable business results. The specialist owns lead-nurture sequences, follow-up workflows, re-engagement programs, onboarding journeys, abandoned-action campaigns, event communications, investor education sequences, customer retention programs, and facility-level lead conversion journeys, building automations with branching logic, conditional content, delays, behavioral triggers, lead scoring, suppression rules, and testing paths tailored to audience behavior, profile, location, lifecycle stage, intent, and engagement.
