Description
NeoWork is looking for a PR & Communications Manager who can help drive earned media, strategic communications, and client account execution across a growing PR agency.This is a hands-on role for someone who can write well, pitch effectively, manage client accounts, and bring sound PR judgment to both proactive campaigns and sensitive communications moments. The person in this role will work closely with senior team members to keep client work moving, turn ideas into clear communications, support earned media execution, and take greater ownership where appropriate.The day-to-day responsibilities will evolve as client needs shift, so this role is best suited for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable moving between strategy, execution, and account support.

What You'll Do
Earned Media
Bring hands-on media relations experience and a proven track record of generating real, earned editorial results across U.S. and/or LATAM markets. This should be true editorial coverage, not sponsored content, paid placements, or advertorials.



You should know how to identify strong story angles, pitch journalists, follow up consistently, and help convert ideas into meaningful coverage.
Writing & Content Development
Write clearly and strategically across PR and communications formats, including press releases, pitches, bylined articles, op-eds, executive and brand messaging, campaign copy, and client updates. Experience writing financial services or tech-related content is a plus. Social media experience is relevant only when it supports campaign amplification, executive visibility, or client communications — it is not a standalone priority for this role.
Client & Campaign Management
Support and/or manage client accounts, campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams. Depending on the account, this person may serve as a primary or supporting point of contact for client communications, team calls, agendas, post-meeting wr
