We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong Technical/IT/Cloud/AI knowledge, sales expertise, and consultative client engagement experience. This is a technical pre-sales role supporting B2B consultative sales: positioning software and cloud solutions, guiding customers through consultative conversations, and helping progress sales opportunities through the pipeline — not a technical support or implementation role.

The idóneo candidate acts as a trusted advisor, bridging technical knowledge with business needs to help customers make informed decisions and move opportunities forward. Experience with Microsoft programs/products (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot) is a strong plus, and familiarity with AI tools or agents is increasingly valued for this role.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing
- 1+ year of account management experience
- 3+ years of experience within IT, Software, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or AI




- Working knowledge of AI tools/agents (e.g. Copilot or similar); familiarity with machine learning concepts, JSON, or low-code platforms is a plus
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft/Azure); experience with Microsoft programs or products is desirable
- Solid understanding of networking, telecommunications, and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Familiarity with consultative and modern selling methodologies
- Ability to engage decision-makers and establish clear, actionable next steps
- Experience managing and progressing sales pipeline / opportunities
- Strong documentation skills for tracking consultations and CRM records
- Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft 365, and web conferencing platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
