Job Description
TheSenior Software Engineer (VB)role is focused on the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of complex internal software applications, primarily usingVisual Basic (VB / VB.NET),C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and Microsoft/Oracle databases. The position leads development projects and is involved in the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. It is responsible for ensuring technical quality, maintaining and optimizing existing systems, and delivering scalable business solutions.
A strong emphasis is placed onVisual Basic expertise, as this skill is key for maintaining, enhancing, and modernizing existing business-critical applications.



The role also requires strong experience in APIs, relational databases, and software engineering best practices within collaborative environments. They are seeking an analytical, self-driven, customer-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills, project management capabilities, and advanced English communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of software development experience, including senior-level experience.
- Strong expertise inVisual Basic (VB / VB.NET),C#, .NET, ASP.NET, APIs, and SQL databases.
- Solid experience withJavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of SDLC, design patterns, testing, and object-oriented programming.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Advanced English levelrequired.
