About The Function
Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world.
With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships.
It’s fast-paced and hands- on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage.
From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.
About The Role
The incumbent of the role will have operational responsibilities related to the day to day Logistic Operations execution, including systems transactions, monitor and analyze performance, generate information / documentation required, supervise rework, inbound and outbound operations, shipments delivery coordination, keeping close communication with 3PL and carriers, among other ad hoc assigned activities.
Market Context
- Route to consumer drives distribution to over 2k points of sales directly and over 80k indirectly. Geographical and infrastructure conditions are challenging for transport operations
- COL has a varied Logistic footprint with different ways of working offering scope for improvement in consistency and codification. Sourcing is mainly from Int
