We are seeking a Senior BI Analyst who can help evaluate, select, set up and implement the right BI platform based on business and technical needs.

You will work hands-on across BI tool assessment, data modeling, semantic layer design, dashboard development, reporting and validation.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and compare BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar platforms based on business needs, usability, scalability, integration capabilities and cost.
- Support proof-of-concepts and recommend the most suitable BI platform based on defined requirements.
- Perform hands-on setup, configuration and validation of selected BI tools.
- Design and build data models, semantic layers, measures, KPIs and reusable reporting structures.
- Build interactive dashboards, reports and visualizations for business and operational users.
- Connect BI tools to databases, cloud data warehouses, APIs and enterprise data sources; troubleshoot data and performance issues.
- Partner with business stakeholders,



data engineers and architects to translate reporting needs into scalable BI solutions.
- Define BI standards and best practices for data modeling, dashboard design, performance, governance and data accuracy.

Required Technical Skills & Competencies
- 4-6+ years of BI, analytics or reporting experience with strong hands-on dashboard and data modeling expertise.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or comparable enterprise BI platforms.
- Strong SQL skills with experience working with cloud data warehouses and enterprise data sources.
- Experience with semantic modeling, dimensional modeling, KPIs, measures and dashboard development.
- Experience evaluating BI tools and supporting tool selection, setup and implementation.

Good to Have
- Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses.
