What you will do

As a Self-Contained Preschool Teacher, you will play a central role in creating and leading rich, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young learners within a bilingual, internationally minded environment.
As the primary teacher responsible for your class, you will design an integrated learning experience that nurtures children's curiosity, independence, communication, creativity, confidence, and love of learning, while supporting their cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language development.
At GCB, the Early Years classroom is where curiosity becomes a habit. You will nurture children's natural wonder about the world through purposeful play, hand‑on exploration, inquiry, storytelling, movement,



creative expression, and meaningful opportunities for communication and early literacy and numeracy development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, Education, or a closely related field.
- A Master's degree and/or PGCE/PGDE is highly preferred, particularly with evidence of strong preparation in early childhood pedagogy, inquiry‑based learning and child development.
- Candidates should bring at least three to five years of successful teaching experience, ideally with in international or bilingual schools, with demonstrated strength in Early Years education and an ability to make learning experiences engaging, meaningful, joyful, and appropriately challenging for young children.
- Experience working in a bilingual, international, or multicultural school environment.
- Native English speakers are strongly preferred.
