Genius Sports in Medellín is seeking an experienced Statistician Recruitment and Training Analyst to standardize how we recruit and train statisticians, keep materials up to date, and guide onboarding across the network.
You will post and manage ads, screen candidates, coordinate training, develop materials, analyze training effectiveness, and produce regular reports. Strong English, analytical mindset, and data management skills with MS Office are essential; Power BI experience is a bonus.
