About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to support the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across major paid platforms.
This role is hands-on and performance-focused, responsible for launching campaigns, monitoring performance, and implementing optimizations to improve results.
The Paid Media Manager will work closely with the advertising team to ensure campaigns run efficiently and deliver strong performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Walmart ads.
- Support campaign execution on TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads based on bandwidth.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitive analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and implement daily or weekly optimizations
- Manage budgets, bids, and targeting settings to improve campaign results
Support retargeting and display campaigns
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop and test ad creatives
- Ensure proper campaign tracking using Google Tag Manager
Prepare weekly performance summaries highlighting key insights and opportunities
- Support advertising initiatives related to Walmart marketplace campaigns when needed
- Own assigned Walmart Ads accounts
