Responsibilities
Write and adapt Spanish/Portuguese copy for e-commerce product detail pages and marketing campaign pages in the Latin America market; continuously optimize existing content to ensure brand tone aligns with local consumer habits.
2. Live-Streaming Content Support
Participate in end-to-end live-stream planning, draft scripts and optimize host talking points, and coordinate with the video team on content creation and material preparation.
3. Content Data Tracking & Analysis
Regularly track and analyze key content performance metrics (reach, completion rate, engagement rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, etc.); use data insights to continuously refine content direction and publishing strategy; deliver monthly content performance reports.
4. Content Asset Library Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration




Build and maintain a brand content asset library (including copy templates, visual assets, video materials, etc.) to ensure unified management and efficient reuse; collaborate with design, video, customer service and other teams to execute content initiatives.
Requirements
- 1-2 years or more of experience in content operations, social media operations, or e-commerce
- Practical experience in at least one of the following: writing copy for product detail pages, creating scripts for short videos, or designing live-streaming scripts
- Spanish speaker; Conversational English level; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Familiar with the content logic and operational strategies of mainstream social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Able to translate product selling points into content that appeals to local consumers
- Possesses basic data analysis skills and can adjust content
