Our client is seeking a strong LATAM Technical Delivery & Operations Leader to take ownership of their technical delivery organization and help establish a high-performing team in Colombia. This role combines strategic leadership, client engagement, technical project oversight, and operational management, making it adecuado for a leader who can translate business objectives into effective execution. Your leadership will play a critical role in strengthening delivery capabilities, developing talent, and supporting the continued growth of their LATAM operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership across the LATAM delivery function, setting priorities, establishing expectations, and ensuring teams remain aligned with broader business and client objectives.
- Guide complex technical initiatives from planning to completion, balancing business requirements,



technical considerations, resources, timelines, and delivery risks.
- Build and develop the Colombia-based team, taking ownership of recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance development, and long-term talent growth.
- Establish a strong operating rhythm for distributed teams, using Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms to maintain visibility and accountability.
- Build trusted relationships with US-based clients and stakeholders, acting as a senior representative for project health, delivery priorities, escalations, and strategic conversations.
- Partner closely with US leadership to translate organizational goals into effective LATAM execution, including workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational priorities.
