Can you build one of the largest B2B commercial ecosystems in LatAm?

At Rappi, commercial work is not just managing accounts: it is building relationships that grow our partners and ourselves simultaneously. We are looking for a B2B Business Development Global Head who turns every opportunity into a story of sustained growth.
Rappi's B2B portfolio spans multiple high-growth solutions: Cargo, our last-mile logistics-as-a-service (LaaS) offering; Propio, a direct WhatsApp commerce channel connecting restaurant partners to Rappi's technology; and, in the near term, Fontaine9, an AI-powered supply chain solution, and Rappi for Business, an employee‑benefits solution,
that lets companies fund employee orders on Rappi under defined rules (e.g., a $20 dinner allowance after 8 pm).
We are looking for a senior, strategic leader to own Business development for B2B globally across all of these solutions. This is a high‑seniority role, not a hunter, account manager, or single‑product lead: it requires end‑to‑end ownership of the commercial engine, deep process and pipeline discipline, and the ability to operate credibly with C‑level stakeholders at large enterprise accounts. This person will be fully accountable for integral B2B commercial output: orders and profitability.
