We are looking for a Bilingual Finance Manager to lead our local finance function and work closely with regional and global teams, contributing to financial excellence, business performance, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall finance function for Zoomlion Colombia.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and Colombian regulations.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, financial analyses, and executive reports to support business decisions.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow planning, banking relationships, and foreign currency transactions.
- Oversee tax compliance and coordinate external audits and regulatory requirements.




- Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management processes.
- Partner with regional and integral finance teams on reporting, planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop the local finance team.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization across the finance function.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA or internationally recognized certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) are highly desirable.

Experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience.
- At least 5 years of experience leading finance teams.
- Previous experience in multinational companies is required.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, construction, or heavy equipment industries is highly desirable.

Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Colombian accoun
