About the Role
We’re looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for designing secure CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure with Terraform, and embedding security into every stage of our development lifecycle—especially within Azure DevOps.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain YAML-based Azure DevOps pipelines for secure, automated deployments.
- Define and document pipeline-as-code standards and best practices.
- Create and manage Terraform scripts for infrastructure provisioning and updates.
- Write PowerShell and Bash scripts to automate Azure DevOps tasks.
- Integrate unit testing, code coverage (Coverlet), and static analysis tools (SonarQube) into the CI/CD lifecycle.




- Automate and enforce system configurations across environments.
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.

What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps / DevSecOps roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and YAML pipelines.
- Proficiency in Terraform, PowerShell, and Bash scripting.
- Experience with unit testing, code coverage, and static analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD best practices and cloud-native security.
- Familiarity with financial compliance standards and secure SDLC.

Bonus Points
- Experience in a regulated fintech environment.
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Terraform Associate, or Certified DevSecOps Professional.
