Work Model
- 100% On-site
Schedule
- 42 hours per week
- 1 day off per week (from the weekend)
- Availability according to the operation's schedule
Main Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions related to outstanding balances and payments.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on payment commitments.
- Achieve collection, productivity, and quality targets.
- Provide professional and solution-oriented customer service.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- B2+ English level – MUST
- Call Center experience – MUST
- Collections experience – MUST
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Availability to work 100% on-site in Bogotá.
