Job Description

To providesupportstudent recruitment from Latin America. Must be outgoing, results-oriented, have a good understanding of international recruitment within the education sector, and able todemonstratean awareness of at least one major overseas market.

Key job responsibilities include:
- Assistin administrativeprocess,update andmaintainpolicies and procedures, referrals,payments, database.
- Handle administrative requests and queries fromAccount andRegionalmanagers.




- Systematically and proactively managing agent bookings, both telephone and email communication in Spanish and English
- Buildingandmaintainingstrong relationshipswithagentsand our customer services team.
- UtilisingSalesforce CRM Systemas well as various internal systemsand databases to manage bookingsandgroupsreferrals.
- Dealingeffectively with challenges, resolving complaints,escalating issues to the relevant linemanagersand providingongoing customer support.
- SupportingtheAccountandRegionalManager for the region.
- Demonstratingan excellent knowledge of Kaplan International products.
- To meet and exceed our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage salespipelineto achieve team sales targets and drive results.
- Prepare and providequotesdeveloping relationshipsofboth new and existing partners.
