A Day in the Life Responsibilities may include the following:

- Lead training workstreams for Pricing & Contracting transformation and system implementation projects.
- Develop and maintain training materials including instructor‑led presentations, job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, playbooks, videos, and self‑paced learning resources.
- Translate complex business processes and system functionality into clear, user‑friendly training content.
- Deliver engaging virtual training sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and role‑based learning experiences.
- Partner with Product Owners, SMEs, IT teams, and business stakeholders to assess training needs and ensure readiness for system and process changes.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment readiness, launch activities, and post‑implementation support.
- Gather learner feedback and adoption metrics to continuously improve training effectiveness and user experience.
- Manage training project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
- Maintain training content libraries and ensure materials remain current with evolving business processes and technology enhancements.
- Leverage approved AI and productivity tools to improve training development efficiency, content management, and knowledge sharing.

Required knowledge and experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English required.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs for technology implementations, process improvements, or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and role‑based learning materials.
- Experience facilitating virtual instructor‑led training and supporting end‑user adoption of systems and processes.
- Ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into practical, user‑focused training content.
- Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.




- Experience in Pricing & Contracting, Commercial Operations, CPQ, CLM, Salesforce, Conga, or related business functions is advantageous.
- Experience supporting large‑scale transformation, change management, system implementations, or Agile project delivery is advantageous.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, training needs analysis, learning evaluation, and deployment readiness activities is advantageous.
- Experience with virtual facilitation tools and content development software such as Camtasia, Snagit, or similar technologies is advantageous.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline content creation, learning support, and training operations is advantageous.
