About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BIDeveloper/Analyst to join our team in Medellín. The idóneo candidate will beresponsible for transforming data into meaningful insights, developingdashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design,develop,



and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools(Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

- Extract,transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into data warehouses

- Collaboratewith stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements

- Analyzedata trends and provide actionable insights to business teams

- Optimizeand maintain database queries and data models

- Ensuredata accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports

- Supportad hoc data analysis and reporting requests

- Documentprocesses, data flows, and reporting logic

Requirements

- 3–5years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or relatedroles

- Strongexperience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

- Proficiencyin SQL for data extraction and manipulation

- Experiencewith data modeling and ETL processes

- Familiaritywith databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server

- Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills

- Goodcommunication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Experiencewith cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Knowledgeof Python or R for data analysis

- Understandingof data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
