RINA está contratando un Supervisor HSE (Parque Eólico) para trabajar en la base del cliente en La Guajira.

Misión

Ejecutar el control HSE en campo por frentes, verificando cumplimiento de procedimientos y apoyando al Coordinador HSEQ en capacitación, inspecciones y respuesta a incidentes.

Responsabilidades

- Realizar inspecciones diarias, observaciones de seguridad y control de PTW/LOTO.
- Asegurar uso de EPP, señalización, control de tráfico interno y izajes seguros.
- Facilitar toolbox talks y verificación de competencias (altura, rigger, operador).
- Responder a incidentes y casi incidentes; asegurar primeros auxilios y reporte.
- Controlar residuos, orden y limpieza; evitar derrames y afectación ambiental.

Entregables / evidencias

- Registros de inspección, observaciones y acciones correctivas.
- Checklists de izajes, trabajo en altura y control de equipos.
- Reporte diario HSE por frente.

Indicadores (KPIs) sugeridos

- Observaciones realizadas vs plan; cierre de acciones.
- Cero trabajos críticos sin PTW/LOTO.
- Reducción de reincidencias en actos/condiciones inseguras.

Interfaz típica. Coordinador HSEQ, supervisores de frentes, contratistas, seguridad, médica/ambulancia.

Requisitos

- EXPERIENCIA GENERAL:



Competente, mayor a 5 años de experiencia general en el Sector Energético.
- EXPERIENCIA ESPECÍFICA: Profesional, mayor a 2 años con experiencia específica en el área de desempeño.
- Tecnólogo o Ingeniero Civil / Electrico / industrial
- Experiencia en construccion de proyectos renovables mayores a 50 MW
- 3–6 años en HSE de construcción; experiencia en trabajos críticos (izajes, altura, eléctrico).
- Presencia en campo; comunicación; capacidad de intervención.
- Conocimiento de estándares (ISO 45001, 14001) y normativa local.
- Idioma: inglés deseable.
