Prepare bank deposits and cash disbursements.Organize and complete the annual audit for clients, which can include preparation of regulatory filings and GAAP financial statementsEnsures legal and regulatory compliance processes and procedures are followed for local accounting and financial reporting.Maintain client files in accordance with regulations and best practicesCorrespond with other service providers.Prepare board and committee meeting materials and participate in the annual board of directors' meeting and other client meetings.Comply with Marsh internal controls and any client specific internal controlsPerform other job-related duties as assigned.QualificationsCPA Designation3-5 years equivalent relevant experience on preparation of financial statements, preparation of working paper files, and General LedgerProficient/expert in English along with the local language, only CV's in English will be considered.Bachelor of Accounting, Business Administrator, or equivalentAbility to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and the ability to meet tight deadlines.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.Outstanding interpersonal skills,
