About the RoleAce Link Solutions is looking for a high-caliber Account Manager to manage the day-to-day operational execution of customer accounts for a U.S.-based asset carrier.

This is not a traditional customer service position.

You will be the operational owner of your loads from creation through delivery. You will create loads in the TMS, schedule appointments, release loads to Load Planning, monitor execution, manage trailer pools, communicate proactively with customers, and make sure the right teams take action when something is at risk.

You will not assign drivers yourself. Your responsibility is to know what is happening, identify risks early, communicate clearly, and follow through until the issue is resolved.

What You'll Do

- Create and validate loads accurately in the TMS.
- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
- Release properly prepared loads to Load Planning.
- Monitor loads from creation through delivery.
- Identify potential service failures before they happen.
- Monitor ETA, driver HOS, appointments, equipment, planning progress, and other operational risks.
- Communicate proactively with customers and never allow them to discover a problem before we do.
- Hold responsible teams accountable and follow up until issues are resolved.
- Manage trailer pools and equipment availability.




- Understand and identify accessorials such as detention, layover, TONU, and stop-offs.
- Maintain accurate TMS notes and operational documentation.
- Provide coverage for other Account Managers when needed.
- Manage multiple loads, customers, priorities, and urgent situations simultaneously.

What We're Looking ForRequired:

- 1–2+ years of experience in U.S. trucking / transportation / logistics operations.
- B2+ English, written and spoken.
- TMS experience.
- Understanding of U.S. trucking, HOS, appointments, ETAs, equipment, and accessorials.
- Strong Excel and Outlook skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
