What you'll do

- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.Monitor, optimize, and manage campaign budgets to achieve lead generation, conversion, and performance targets.
- Analyze campaign results and track key KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, and engagement.
- Develop reports and presentations with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with business units and provide consultative support on paid media strategy and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery, quality assurance, and adherence to SLAs.
- Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and adoption of new digital marketing trends and platforms.





About you

- Profesional en Marketing, Publicidad, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
- 1 a 3 años de experiencia gestionando campañas de Paid Media y relacionamiento con clientes.
- Experiencia en Google Ads y Meta Ads, con enfoque en generación de leads y optimización de resultados.
- Perfil analítico, orientado a datos y toma de decisiones basada en KPIs.
- Manejo intermedio de Excel, PowerPoint y herramientas de análisis digital (GA4).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación y gestión de stakeholders.
- Deseable experiencia en agencias de marketing digital, sector automotriz, TikTok Ads o plataformas programáticas.
