Team Leader – Operations

Lean Solutions Group is looking for a results-driven Team Leader to join our Operations team. This role is idóneo for someone with strong leadership skills, BPO experience, and the ability to drive performance while creating a positive and accountable team environment.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of a team, ensuring operational goals are achieved, coaching team members, and partnering with Operations Management to continuously improve results.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and manage the daily performance of an assigned team.
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, quality, attendance, and overall team performance.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and follow-up action plans.
- Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve results.
- Promote accountability, engagement, and a strong team culture.
- Manage attendance, schedule adherence, and workforce-related concerns.
- Support employee development and identify potential future leaders.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Communicate business updates, expectations, and priorities effectively to the team.
- Partner with Operations Managers and other departments to achieve client and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate reporting and provide visibility into team performance,



risks, and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
- B2+ English proficiency or higher — strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Previous experience working in the BPO / Contact Center industry.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, SME, Senior Agent, or similar leadership position is highly preferred.
- Strong people-management and coaching skills.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and translate data into actionable performance plans.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage difficult conversations and hold team members accountable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools is preferred.
- Full-time availability (AV) and flexibility according to operational requirements.
