Rocha Brothers Construction was founded by two brothers with a simple idea: Florida homebuyers deserved custom homes built with real craftsmanship and real accountability. That idea has grown into a team building dozens of homes a year across production, custom, and high-end remodel work and we're not slowing down.

This is a company where the founders are still in the room, still care about every home that gets built, and still want every client to feel like the most important one we have. As we grow our custom and high-end portfolio, we're building the team around it. That's where you come in.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to own our custom homes and high-end remodels — the projects where the finish is everything and the client expects to be treated like it. You'll run these builds from the moment a project is awarded through the day the keys are handed over: the schedule, the budget, the trades, the selections, and the client relationship, all under one accountable owner.

These are our most significant projects, and they demand someone who has already done this work at this level — who knows what a finished million-dollar home has to look like, who to put on it, and how to carry a demanding client through the process with confidence. This is not a coordination role that waits for direction, and it is not a role that routes every decision back upstairs. You'll own your projects and run them.

For the right person, this seat has room to grow into broader construction leadership as the company scales.

What You'll Do

● Own a portfolio of custom homes and high-end remodels end to end,



from award through delivery and closeout, as the single accountable owner of schedule, budget, quality, and client experience

● Build and maintain the master construction schedule for each project, sequencing trades, inspections, selections, and milestones

● Coordinate client selections and specifications, finishes, materials, fixtures, colors and drive them into the build on schedule, so decisions don't stall the job

● Hold the finish-quality standard a high-end home requires, and make sure the field and the trades are building to it, not to a production standard

● Identify, evaluate, and continually upgrade the caliber of subcontractors on your projects, working with your Site Supervisors to judge quality in the field and feed the right trades into pricing

● Run weekly budget reviews against the approved baseline, catching variances early and proposing fixes before they grow

● Own change orders start to finish, pricing coordination, client approval, and updating the schedule and budget to match

● Serve as the client's main point of contact through the build, including selection and design conversations, and manage expectations and pricing discussions directly and professionally





● Direct and develop your Site Supervisors on daily execution priorities and on what high-end work demands

● Work from the budget our Estimator hands you at project start, and route mid-project scope changes back for pricing

● Own the client walkthrough and punch list through to zero, and close out every project cleanly
