- As a Senior Generative AI Engineer / AI Agent Developer, you will design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and enterprise AI solutions using modern Generative AI technologies and cloud-native architectures.

- You will partner with architects, engineers, product managers, and clients to deliver scalable AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and create real-world impact.

- This role is idóneo for a hands-on engineer with experience building production-grade AI applications who wants to work at the forefront of Agentic AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI adoption.

Your Impact

- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using modern Generative AI platforms and frameworks.

- Build scalable AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), orchestration frameworks, and autonomous agents.

- Develop and optimize multi-step AI workflows that integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, and business processes.

- Build enterprise AI applications using Azure AI services, Microsoft Fabric, and cloud-native architectures.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and deliver production-ready solutions.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and developer tools to improve productivity and solution effectiveness.

- Implement enterprise best practices for AI governance, observability, scalability, security, and responsible AI.

- Contribute to AI engineering standards, reusable assets, and engineering excellence initiatives across teams.





- Partner with senior engineers and architects to solve complex technical challenges and accelerate client outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience

- 5 years of software engineering experience, including experience building cloud-native applications and APIs.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and building or deploying AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry.

- Experience developing and deploying AI agents, copilots, or agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of:

- Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Prompt engineering

- RAG architectures

- Tool calling

- Memory management

- AI workflow orchestration

- Agent architectures

- Experience with at least one AI-assisted development platform:

- Claude Code

- GitHub Copilot

- Cursor

- Windsurf

- Slingshot

- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with API integration and enterprise application development.

- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, business applications, and data platforms.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

- Fluent English with the ability to participate in client-facing conversations.
