About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager & QA Specialist to own the quality and delivery of everything our Production team builds — SEO, Web, Media, and Ads. This role is idóneo for someone who came up through digital advertising or agency production and knows what "done right" actually looks like.

You'll sit between our Production team and our Account Managers, making sure every deliverable is accurate, on-brief, and on time before it ever reaches a client.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage timelines, task statuses, and priorities across SEO, Web, Media, and Ads projects in ClickUp
- Coordinate daily with SEO specialists, web developers, media buyers, and creative to keep projects and campaigns on schedule
- QA every deliverable — technical SEO changes, website builds, ad campaigns, creative, tracking/pixel setups, reporting — against the original brief before handoff
- Catch scope creep, missed deadlines, and costly errors (budget, targeting, tracking)



before they reach an Account Manager or client
- Use AI tools to speed up QA and proofreading, without losing human judgment on final sign-off
- Keep ClickUp, dashboards, and project records accurate and current across multiple concurrent accounts

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in digital advertising, media buying, or agency production/project management
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine dislike for things slipping through the cracks
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Meta/Google Ads, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, or WordPress/Webflow
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bonus: experience QA'ing or reviewing work across more than one discipline (SEO, web, or paid media)

Role Details

Salary

- From $1200/month (based on experience)

Schedule (Candidates must be available to work during Eastern Time):
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EDT
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. EDT
