Who We’re Looking For:

As an Operations Data Coordinator, you will be part of the Change Management Team, helping to ensure all change management administrative tasks such as planning, communication, coordination, and accuracy of CM requests are completed in the E2E process to keep the area running smoothly with up-to-date information.

What You’ll Do:

- Communicate to CM stakeholders, ask for additional information from submitters/MW Executors, seek approvals from CAB members, and provide daily updates to the rest of the areas of the project regarding CM requests’ status.




- Update CM requests according to schedule plan or needed changes and ensure all of them are under the agreed SLAs.
- Document processes and maintain an updated CM repository.
- Manage databases, run queries in PostgreSQL, compile KPIs, and provide support creating reports and dashboards according to CM needs.
- Replicate tickets from other platforms so calendars provide full visibility of the day-to-day activities.
- Report issues and make the proper escalation.

What You’ll Need:

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer and Communications Engineering, or similar fields.
- 6+ months’ experience managing data.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a strong track record of achieving goals and objectives within tight time frames.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong ability to communicate with the client and upper managers.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with internal and external team members.
- Analytical skills; Excel and/or SQL knowledge preferred.
- Experience working on telecom projects (desirable).
