About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Specialist – Track & Trace to join our team in Medellín. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking shipments, ensuring timely updates and accurate information throughout the transportation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track shipments throughout their transportation journey.
- Provide timely updates on shipment status, estimated arrival times, delays, and exceptions.
- Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment updates.
- Identify and follow up on delays, operational issues, and potential service disruptions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment information in internal systems.
- Ensure all tracking activities and updates are properly documented.
- Support the operations team in resolving shipment-related issues and maintaining service levels.
- Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Track & Trace, logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or a related operational role. od customer service Experiencie.
- English level: B2 or higher.
- Availability to work on-site in Medellín.
- Availability for one of the schedules listed above.
