Human Resources Manager — On-site | Medellín Call Center

NW Family Group is hiring an HR Manager for our Medellín office.

This person owns people operations for the entire Medellín call center: hiring, onboarding, attendance, performance, employee relations, payroll coordination, and local compliance. You are the main HR lead on site and the bridge between the Medellín team and U.S. leadership.

What you’ll own

- Full-cycle recruiting for agents, team leaders, and support roles
- Onboarding, contracts, personnel files, and headcount tracking
- Attendance, schedules, time-off, and floor coverage coordination with operations
- Performance management: coaching plans, warnings, and terminations done cleanly and legally
- Employee relations and day-to-day issues on the floor
- Payroll inputs, benefits administration, and coordination with accounting / EOR as needed
- Colombian labor compliance (contracts, social security, internal work rules, disciplinary process)
- Reporting to U.S. leadership in English on headcount, turnover, hiring pipeline,



and people issues
- Helping protect culture: professional, accountable, and fair

What we need

- Fluent English and fluent Spanish (spoken and written). Interviews will be in both languages
- Experience as HR Manager, People Lead, or Talent Humano lead in a call center, BPO, or high-volume operation
- Strong knowledge of Colombian labor law and site-level HR practice
- Comfortable being present on the floor, not only in an office
- Organized, discreet, and direct — you can hire fast and handle hard conversations
- On-site in Medellín (this is not remote)
