The Global Talent & Learning Service Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the global delivery of Talent and Learning services through Convatec Business Services (CBS). This role is accountable for service excellence, operational performance, transformation, governance, process standardization, technology enablement, and continuous improvement across a global shared-services environment. The position leads the Talent & Learning service tower, partnering closely with HR Centers of Excellence, People Solutions teams, technology partners, and third-party providers to ensure scalable, efficient, compliant, and employee-centric service delivery.
This role is ideally suited for leaders with significant experience within Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, HR Operations, Service Delivery, or Global Capability Centers, who have successfully led large-scale operational teams, transformation initiatives, and global service-delivery models.

Key Responsibilities Shared Services & Service Delivery Leadership - Lead global Talent & Learning service delivery across regions.
- Establish and maintain service-delivery standards, SLAs, KPIs, and governance mechanisms.
- Drive operational excellence through standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Lead teams operating within a global shared-services environment.
Operational
Excellence & Transformation - Execute service transformation initiatives and operating-model enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI enablement, digitization, and self-service expansion.
- Lead large-scale process redesign initiatives across global operations.
- Drive continuous improvement using operational excellence methodologies. Performance & Governance - Own service performance, operational controls, risk management, and compliance activities.
- Develop and manage service-performance dashboards and executive reporting.
- Lead governance forums with COEs, HR Operations leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Manage third-party providers and vendor performance.
Technology
Enablement - Partner with HR Technology teams to enhance Talent and Learning platforms.
- Drive adoption of HR technology solutions and digital-service capabilities.
- Utilize operational analytics and performance metrics to support decision-making.
Qualifications Education - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
What Will Make You Successful Required
Experience - 10+ years of progressive HR, Shared Services, GBS, or Service Delivery experience.
- 5+ years leading global HR Shared Services, GBS Operations, HR Operations, Talent Operations, Learning Operations, or Service Delivery teams.
- Experience managing global operational teams in a multinational matrix environment.
- Experience owning service-delivery metrics, SLAs, KPIs, governance forums, and operational performance.
- Demonstrated success leading global process standardization, transformation, or automation initiatives.
- Experience managing outsourced providers, vendor relationships, and delivery partners.
Preferred Experience - Experience within a mature Global Business Services or Shared Services organization.
- Experience leading global service towers or functional operations across multiple regions.
- Experience with HR Case Management, ServiceNow, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
