About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with knowledge and experience in golf to join a growing golf-focused business.

The role involves assisting customers with questions, orders, products, and general support needs while providing a professional and positive customer experience.

The adecuado candidate has strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and a genuine understanding of golf and golf equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and other support channels.
- Assist customers with product, order, shipping, and account-related questions.
- Help resolve customer concerns and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Assist with returns, exchanges, replacements, and other customer requests.
- Provide accurate product information and help customers make informed decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams when an issue requires additional assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Deliver timely,



professional, and customer-focused support.
- Handle multiple inquiries while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements
- Knowledge and experience with golf
- Familiarity with golf clubs and equipment
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, e-commerce, retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable using computers and common customer support or business software.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable and responsive when assisting customers.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the golf, sporting goods, retail, or e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with golf equipment and terminology.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based customers.
- Experience handling online orders, return
