About the Role
We are looking for a Carrier Sales Representative to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with carriers, negotiating competitive rates, and securing capacity to ensure loads are successfully covered.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, contact, and build strong relationships with carriers.
- Negotiate rates and secure competitive pricing for FTL loads.
- Cover available loads by identifying and booking qualified carriers.
- Monitor carrier availability and capacity to support daily operations.
- Maintain strong communication with carriers throughout the booking process.
- Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure loads are covered efficiently.
- Update and maintain accurate carrier and load information in internal systems.
- Resolve carrier-related issues and support the overall transportation process.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Carrier Sales, carrier management, freight brokerage, or a related logistics role.
- Experience negotiating rates with carriers for FTL loads.
- English level: B2/C1 or higher.
- Must be located in Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, or Cartagena.
