Salary: $2,620,000 - $3,090,000 COP / Monthly

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5-day work week with 2 consecutive days off)

In this role, you will be on the front lines of our business, selling US health insurance policies to prospective clients. What You Will Do

Drive Sales: Actively sell US health insurance plans, guiding prospective clients through the enrollment process.

Manage Leads: Contact, assist, and follow up with customers in English, ensuring a seamless and professional sales experience.

Educate Clients: Provide clear and accurate information about coverage options, premiums, and policy benefits to help customers make informed decisions.

Hit the Numbers:



Support ongoing sales processes and consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion goals.

What We Are Looking For

Language: Advanced or Native-level English (C1/C2) with excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Experience: Previous experience selling US health insurance (ACA, Medicare, etc.) is strongly preferred.

Skills: A customer-oriented mindset with sharp negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.

Availability: Must be available to work on-site at our Bogotá office.
