You will be applying for the role of Insurance Operations Assistant (Auxiliar Operativo en Seguros).

Your daily responsibilities are:

- Reviewing, processing, and issuing renters insurance policies and applications.
- Verifying customer documentation, such as lease agreements and property details.
- Performing accurate data entry and maintaining up-to-date records within our digital platforms.
- Providing back-office operational support to the customer service and underwriting teams to ensure a smooth experience for our renters.

Conditions & Benefits:

- The salary for this role is COP $2.500.000.
- Contract: Full-time, término indefinido (Colombia).
- Schedule: U.S. holidays observed + additional paid days when Colombia has extra holidays.
- This position requires you to come to the office close to “Parque de la 93” in Bogota 3 times a week, with 2 days of work from home.
