Coordinate air import shipments and related activities in accordance with customer and/or forwarding agent requirements, and company objectives.

- Must handle documentation, costing, billing, filing, tracking, compliance and customer service.
- Arrange cargo transportation with all applicable parties.
- Ability to trouble shoot and work with internal teams to communicate issues with operating system as it relates to the completion of Air Export / Air Import shipment files.

Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in the logistics, preparing and processing international Air shipments US compliance training preferred.





Air DG training preferred, ACE system knowledge preferred.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal
