What you will bring
- Analyst or Technology Consultant role.
- Hands-on experience with at least two Legal, Compliance or Enterprise SaaS platforms such as Agiloft, Brightflag, TrustArc, DPO, Entity Management Systems or similar solutions.
- Experience managing BAU operations, including incident, problem, change and release management and production support.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) processes and Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Experience supporting REST APIs, web services, middleware, data flows and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with ServiceNow and cloud-based SaaS applications is preferred.
- Versátil work hours may be required to accommodate different time zones or urgent project needs. Opportunity to contribute to architecture decisions and platform strategy.
