Job Description
The Commercial Planner is an individual contributor within the Supply Chain organization. You will ensure compliance with internal procedures. Additionally, the Commercial Planner ensures compliance with all applicable customs regulations. These regulations apply when we conduct cross-border transactions involving products, services, and technology.



This includes activities performed through bonded warehouses and free trade zones.

You will provide logistics administration and control within applicable government and corporate regulations. The Commercial Planner instructs, audits, and verifies how our processes, documents, archives, and reports information related to cross-border transactions to the appropriate government authorities and internally. You will also contribute to cost-minimization and productivity plans while ensuring legal and operational compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure customs and foreign trade compliance — monitor and accomplish cross-border transactions following applicable customs regulations, government requirements, and internal procedures.
- Manage trade documentation and reporting. Instruct, review, and verify that you process, document, and archive information related to import, export, and other international trade transactions. Additionally,
