Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Design and execute sensory, consumer, and cognitive research projects aligned with business and innovation objectives
- Select and apply appropriate research methodologies to address consumer, product, and market questions
- Ensure research quality through data validation, cleaning, monitoring,
and adherence to established protocols
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable consumer insights and business recommendations
- Partner with Innovation, Creativity & Design (IC&D;), commercial, and cross-functional teams to support product development and decision-making
- Present research findings, conclusions, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and customers
- Maintain research databases, documentation, and knowledge management resources
- Coordinate and support sensory panels, research activities, technicians, and external partners when applicable
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance research capabilities, methodologies, and consumer understanding
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Consumer Science, Psychology, Market Research, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sensory and consumer resear
