install, and maintain CCTV and IP camera networks across sites
Configure and manage network devices (switches, NVRs, PoE, etc.) to
support reliable video transmission Perform regular system audits,
optimize network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
Conduct fault diagnostics and lead on-site repairs or replacements
when needed Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to
integrate CCTV with broader systems Document system configurations
and maintain detailed records of installations Stay up-to-date on
video surveillance hardware, software, and best practices Who You
Are Experience working with CCTV, IP video, or network-based camera
systems Strong understanding of networking concepts, including
VLANs, PoE,



and video compression Ability to analyze and resolve
technical issues independently Excellent communication skills and a
proactive attitude Comfortable working independently and in a team
in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel occasionally to
