We’re not just building technology, we’re rewriting the rules of advertising. Your Challenge As Coordinator Display Operations LATAM, you will:



Ensure clarity and completeness of all incoming design briefs before production begins, validating specifications, assets, and contextual information. Act as a key connection point between commercial teams and the design workflow, ensuring requests are clearly defined, prioritized, and properly tracked. Maintain and monitor the ticketing system, tracking progress, identifying risks, and providing visibility into workflow status. Support prioritization based on SLAs and available capacity, especially during high-volume or peak activity periods. Help balance workload by reorganizing queues and supporting operational stability across the design pipeline. Reduce misunderstandings and prevent avoidable rework by proactively resolving missing or unclear information. Support internal documentation, reporting, and cross-team communication to reinforce integral standards and best practices. Escalate operational risks or process
