The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, highly commercial SDR who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities.

Your main goal will be simple: generate qualified opportunities and consistently book meetings for our team.

This is a role for someone who is persistent, proactive, competitive, and genuinely enjoys sales. We are looking for someone who doesn’t stop after a few “no’s” — someone who keeps prospecting, follows up, experiments with different approaches, and consistently looks for the next opportunity.

What You’ll Do

•⁠ ⁠Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers across relevant industries.
•⁠ ⁠Build and manage prospect lists using LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
•⁠ ⁠Execute high-volume,



personalized outbound campaigns.
•⁠ ⁠Cold call and engage prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
•⁠ ⁠Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
•⁠ ⁠Consistently book qualified meetings for Nashla and Leon.
•⁠ ⁠Follow up persistently with prospects to maximize conversion.
•⁠ ⁠Develop creative and effective approaches to generate new conversations.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospecting activity in our CRM.
•⁠ ⁠Track outreach performance and continuously optimize your approach.
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the team to refine messaging, target accounts, and sales strategies.

Requirements
Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Business Development Representative, Sales Representative, or similar commercial role.
•⁠ ⁠Experience selling or prospecting for software/SaaS, professional services, consulting, recruitment, headhunting, or other
