About the Role:

This role has a primary objective to meet all recruitment requirements. The requirements are to post, recruit and stablish the first contact with the candidate. This person will identify years of experience, English level and salary expectation, coordinate Leaders candidate’s evaluations, ensure to perform candidates background checks and redirect them to the hiring area.

Job Responsibilities:
- Post, recruit, interview and evaluate candidates for different positions within SBD.
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting job pages, Universities, employment agencies and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- 2 year of experience in a Human Resources role, recruitment, interviews and assessments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong level of English.
- Team building and excellent inter-personal skills.





Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Business or the equivalent in experience.
