You Are
UST is searching for an experienced Delivery Program Manager to lead and oversee strategic programs across DSD domains. The role is responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, financial governance, risk mitigation, and ensuring business value realization.
The Opportunity
- Lead and oversee multiple projects and programs from initiation through execution and closure
- Define program roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and success metrics aligned with organizational objectives
- Manage project dependencies across business, technology, and vendor teams
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders across DSD domains
- Facilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and program status reporting
- Serve as primary point of contact for program escalations and strategic decision‑making
- Monitor financial performance, manage program budgets, and track resource allocation
- Support commercial plan
