We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to serve as a functional subject matter expert supporting our finance operations in Mission Systems. This support role is critical to ensuring seamless SAP system functionality for our Aerospace and Defense business. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams,



providing expert guidance on SAP best practices while ensuring compliance with government contract requirements and industry regulations.
- This is a hybrid-based position in Puerto Rico, must reside in Puerto Rico

What YOU will do:
- Serve as functional subject matter expert for SAP finance processes, delivering end-user support and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and government contract requirements.
- Develop and deliver training materials, process documentation and standard operating procedures to support continuous improvement and system adoption.
- Sustain SAP operations through issue resolution, system change validation, knowledge base management; Identify and help resolve recurring problems.
- Support enterprise finance digital initiatives on behalf of Mission Systems, assisting with implementation activities such as requirements gathering, testing, training, and Go Live support.
