GUT, the award-winning integral creative network powered by Globant, is looking for an E-commerce Consultant to join a team that combines creativity, technology, and innovation to deliver high-impact digital commerce solutions.

What will you do:
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into e-commerce solutions.
- Analyze and define e-commerce processes, functionalities, and customer journeys.
- Lead requirements gathering, functional analysis, and solution definition for digital commerce initiatives.
- Provide strategic and functional guidance on e-commerce platforms and capabilities.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, technology, product, and business teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve e-commerce performance, customer experience, and operational processes.
- Define functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the implementation and evolution of e-commerce solutions, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical teams.




- Participate in workshops, presentations, and meetings with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities throughout the solution lifecycle.

What will help you succeed:
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce consulting, business analysis, digital commerce, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce processes and customer journeys.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce/Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce, Shopify, or similar.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Understanding of integrations with systems such as ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, CMS, payment gateways, and APIs.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions and communicate effectively with technical teams.
