We are looking for an experienced Functional Implementation Consultant to join our team and participate in end-to-end solution implementation projects, working closely with clients and technical teams.

What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct client workshops to understand business needs and solution requirements
- Gather and analyze functional, non-functional, and integration requirements
- Design BPMN processes, use cases, and scenarios
- Define high-level solution architecture and identify functional gaps
- Lead solution playbacks and validation sessions with clients
- Collaborate with development teams on technical specifications and initial testing
- Configure workflows, business rules, and software components
- Coordinate UAT, negative testing, stress testing,



and Go-Live acceptance
- Train key users and prepare project and configuration documentation
- Manage product and solution integration schedules
- Provide early-life support and coordinate handover to support and maintenance teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and greater implementation efficiency

We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong functional analysis and requirements-gathering experience
- Experience working directly with clients and technical/development teams
- Knowledge of BPMN, use cases, system integrations, workflows, and business rules
- Experience throughout the implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through testing and Go Live
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
