Where You'll Make a Difference
- Drive sales growth and manage key accounts and distribution partners across the LATAM Andean region.
- Execute the Home and Personal Care strategy to achieve revenue, gross profit, and market share objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
- Lead technical and commercial discussions with customers, collaborating closely with R&D; teams to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Manage and advance the sales pipeline through Salesforce CRM,



improving opportunity conversion rates and business results.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans, territory coverage plans, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and quotations while protecting IFF's business interests.
- Gather, analyze, and communicate market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer trends to internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality, and Logistics teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support business growth.

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the chemical industry.
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling specialty ingredients or solutio
