This is a FlexWork position based in Bogotá, Colombia, requiring a combination of customer visits, office-based collaboration, and remote work.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:




- Drive adoption and utilization of the Surgical Sutures portfolio across strategically prioritized healthcare institutions to accelerate market penetration and business growth
- Partner with Territory Managers and Sales Representatives to develop and execute focused account plans targeting high-impact growth opportunities
- Build and strengthen relationships with surgeons, purchasing departments, operating room personnel, hospital administrators, and other key stakeholders
- Identify barriers to product adoption and develop tailored strategies to increase clinical utilization and account penetration
- Lead educational activities including product in-services, workshops, hands‑on training, and clinical support programs to improve customer knowledge and confidence
- Coordinate and execute commercial initiatives within priority accounts, including value discussions, formulary expansion, competitive conversion strategies, and purchasing me
