CI&T; is seeking a Tech Lead (.NET) to guide our engineering team across Brazil, Colombia, the UK and the USA. You will shape the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of complex back-end services in C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
You will mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and ensure robust SOAP/REST APIs, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD. English is the working language in a multicultural environment.
